Thank you for shopping with Haru Hana.

Each piece is handmade in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items

Refunds are only offered if your item arrives damaged.

To request a refund:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Please email haruhana.japan@gmail.com with:
  • A clear photo showing the damage
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
